Jen\u017ee kdo by si necht\u011bl j\u00edt sednout s\u00a0kamar\u00e1dy a d\u00e1t si z\u00e1kusek nebo dort? Pokud to nep\u0159eh\u00e1n\u00edme tak se zase tolik ned\u011bje, proto\u017ee t\u011blo cukry pot\u0159ebuje abychom m\u011bli energii.\u00a0Mu\u017ei se ale o sebe um\u00ed taky starat. Chod\u00ed do posilovny, aby byli fit a n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed se nebr\u00e1n\u00ed i sal\u00e1t\u016fm. Je pravda \u017ee to asi nen\u00ed stejn\u00e9 jako kdy\u017e si daj\u00ed po\u0159\u00e1dn\u00fd kus masa, kter\u00fd je opravdu zasyt\u00ed. Jak se ale \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 pro kr\u00e1su se mus\u00ed trp\u011bt, a to v\u00a0obou p\u0159\u00edpadech. Z\u00e1kladem je p\u00edt oby\u010dejnou vodu. Nejhor\u0161\u00ed je p\u00edt p\u0159eslazen\u00e9 vody jako je coca cola, fanta, sprite ale i energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1poje kter\u00e9 dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed energii. Je v\u00a0nich v\u00edce cukru, ne\u017e si dok\u00e1\u017eeme p\u0159edstavit. Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 ale je \u017ee pit\u00ed \u010dist\u00e9 vody prosp\u00edv\u00e1 obli\u010deji. Je hydratovan\u00fd, vy\u017eiven\u00fd, hlad\u0161\u00ed a z\u00e1\u0159iv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Hodn\u011b lid\u00ed zkou\u0161\u00ed i pr\u00e1\u0161ky na hubnut\u00ed ale to taky nen\u00ed moc zdrav\u00e9, a ne v\u017edy to funguje.
